Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Prices and currency

All prices on this website are shown in Thai Baht (THB), per room, per night.

How you can pay

You may pay in person at check-in, or pay online now by card or PromptPay QR.

Online card payments are processed by Opn Payments (Omise).

Key-card deposit

A 200 THB deposit for your room key card is collected at check-in, and refunded in full at check-out.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 (ICT) and check-out is until 12:00 (ICT).

Changing or cancelling a booking

To change or cancel a reservation, contact the hotel by phone or email with your confirmation number.

Cancelling less than 24 hours before check-in, or a no-show, may be charged at one night’s room rate.

Refunds

If you paid online and cancel within the free-cancellation window, the amount is refunded to the card or account you paid from.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.

Non-refundable bookings

During certain busy or holiday periods we require full prepayment, and those bookings are non-refundable.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged incorrectly or your payment does not appear on your booking, contact us with your confirmation number.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number and stay details.

Card and payment information

We do not collect, see or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

Why we use it

To take and manage your reservation, send your confirmation, take payment, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with the services that run this hotel’s systems.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your language, your booking in progress, and whether you are signed in.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to guest data is restricted to hotel staff who need it.

If we change these policies we will update this page and the date at the top.
